At the 186th Commencement ceremony on May 27, Wesleyan University awarded 745 bachelor of art degrees, 41 master of art degrees, 21 master of art in liberal studies degrees, and 20 doctor of philosophy degrees.
Bucknell University has released the dean's list for outstanding academic achievement during the spring semester of the 2017-18 academic year. A student must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a scale of 4.0 to receive dean's list recognition.

Fifty-one Colby students from the Classes of 2016 and 2017 were elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa this spring. Membership in the society is one of the highest academic honors an undergraduate student can achieve.
The following students have been inducted into Omicron Delta Epsilon, the Economic Department's honorary society at St. Lawrence University in Canton, New York. Membership is open to students who have taken at least five economics courses, including at least one 300-level course, and have an economics grade-point average of 3.3 or higher and an overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Six teams were selected to compete in the 2015 competition, where student entrepreneurs get expert advice from alumni and win prizes to help launch their ventures.
